After several hours of trying, I finally managed to no-damage her.

Exospines:
Reflex (OBVIOUSLY!)
Burst Trance (to store & generate more Burst energy)

Gears:
Speed 3 mk2 (to get combo in fast)
Speed 2 mk2 (MOAR)
Combo Attack 3 mk2
Risk Taking 3 mk2 (for general damage)

Stacking burst energy is always hard in this fight: you can NOT have lengthy combos against her without fear of quick and brutal retaliation, and yet for my strategy - where the bulk of my damage comes from burst counters - I needed a lot of it.

My strategy was to punish any sequence with the shortest, fastest combo powered-up with Beta Chain to stack Burst energy; while I use it sparingly in the (lengthy) phase 1, I try to save enough for phase 2.
In phase 2 - which ironically was easier than phase 1 - I punished every attack with a double counter that uses 3 Burst Energy, but since most of those end up downing her, I can follow-up with another fast combo that will generate another 1.25 bars, thus lengthening the number of consecutive times I can repeat this.

In the end I'm disappointed she didn't use her red combo that starts with a laugh, because I became REALLY good at blocking it.

After rewatching the video, it looks like I _did_ use a Beta Skill once, in place of a a Burst Counter - I held the X key while the Parry button was still pressed, and I countered with Triplet instead of with a counter. It does not do much to detract from my achievement.
