Simple mod to integrate Health Display with Better Health Tab.

Created mostly for myself.

Thanks to Sam and Ryan and also Tziirh for absolutely great mods.

thank you for the quick fix! and don't worry about 1k mods, i run 500 for now as well, will do my best to keep you updated if anything breaks!

@BeaThePANcake Thank you for reporting this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to reproduce this bug on over then 1k+ mods (Well, don't ask why so many D;). I think the reason may be in mods that modify TPS flow, for example Multi-Threading Pawns or Adaptive TPS, but it is only mu guess. Should be fixed now.

seems like my game is trying very hard to open and immediately close the health display tab
any idea if your mod is conflicting with something?
