She likely will use the 4 cost of the final boss as her main echo.

Farm the other 2 pieces from a fire set (chances that you already have them). Look for heavy attack bonus since Galbrena is a heavy attacker.

She has a CDMG signature weapon.

Qiuyuan needs 46 of the Fenrico drop, sword mats, and 60 Wintry bell (the flower around the turtle in huanglong).

His skill mat is also from the final boss of 2.7 (weekly drop).

Qiuyuan has a CR signature weapon so you should get a 4cost CDMG if you plan on pulling.

Echo wise, he uses the 3 piece law of harmony and 2x wind set echoes. His 4cost is fenrico echo.

He is also a heavy attacker so try to get some. Put your Jiyan Wind Heavy attack echoes on him shorten the farm duration.
