Infantry Rebalanced

描述
Adds 3 new combat policies to the Civics tree, allowing Infantry to become as strong (or stronger than) Cavalry if correctly invested in.

Adds the following policy cards to each era:

+3 Combat Strength for Infantry Units
+3 Combat Strength for Ranged Units
+2 Combat Strength for all Units

Now correctly training your troops (giving up a policy slot) can give them a small combat boost, and giving up two slots can make them even more powerful. Combine with the +3 combat bonus to Infantry hidden in the Tech Tree masteries for absolute military dominance. Fully commit to your Legions or Immortals without thinking 'isn't this just slower cavalry'

For context, +3 is equivalent to defending on rough terrain, and +2 is equivalent to defending in vegetation. Combined (+5) is equivalent to the combat boost a Tier 2 unit gets over a Tier 1 unit, or the combat boost Cavalry gets over Infantry by default.

Where to find the new cards in the Civics tree:

ANTIQUITY

Discipline Mastery: Testudo (Infantry)
Tactics: Dhanurveda (Ranged)
Organised Military: Art of War (All)

EXPLORATION

Authority: Schiltron (Infantry)
Authority Mastery: Balistraria (Ranged)
Colonialism: Standing Army (All)

MODERN

Nationalism Mastery: Trench Warfare (Infantry)
Militarism: Creeping Barrage (Ranged)
Militarism Mastery: Total War (All)

The AI will occasionally use these policies but of course cannot strategise like a player would and stack these kinds of bonuses effectively. I play on Deity and it makes combat feel more like Immortal (which I prefer) but an enemy unit having a native +11 CS is a little scary sometimes.

Fully compatible with SpatialX's Units Class Expanded but it might be unbalanced.

you can slot the policy, but the effect doesnt work

The buff intended for ranged units works for the ships that can do ranged attacks. Is this a bug or a feature? (If this is a bug, you need to use "DomainType">DOMAIN_LAND)
