Take an orange juice box from the kitchen, approach to Vitaly from behind, aim and throw it at him.

Get in the box in the small storage room next to the kitchen.

Same but, you need Vitaly to notice you when you hide in the box.

You need Vitaly to notice you, look directly at you and for him to run after you and have direct visibility, after that we wait until the music turns on full blast, then we hide from him in a place where he won't find us.

Under main stairs and main hall, there is a blocked door, use a hammer to open it. (Hammer randomly spawns in the house). Go in there and look at the graffiti.

You need the mop, it spawns either in the storage room next to the kitchen or in the bathrooms, look for it, take it, and use it to wipe "Anime is ♥♥♥♥" graffiti.

As mentioned, hammers spawn randomly, but usually one hammer spawns in the kitchen. The second one also often spawns near the boarded up door under the stairs in the boxes. The third one, as I understand it, mainly spawns on the second floor. All inside house, look for them and got all three in your inventory at same time.

First, we look for boarded-up doors in the right corridor from the kitchen, open them with a hammer. In the first of them there will be a newspaper about Vitaly, throw it into the fireplace is burning.

For this one you need to dig grave near the greenhouses, you will need the shovel and the crowbar, both randomly spawn outside.

A box of donuts will randomly spawns outside, it will be on a white pedestal, place the missing donut and take the key CIRCLE KEY

Next to the grave and greenhouses grow potato tubers, we walk on over them.

Go back into the house though main door after getting previous achievement. You will print some footprints.

Take a mop and clean up the footprints.

We look outside for the DIAMOND DOOR, there will be a photo of a creepy doll, click and look at it. Then we go back to creepy doll (next to HEARTH DOOR), there will be a BSOD, take the DIAMOND KEY.

You need CIRCLE and DIAMOND keys. You can get the CIRCLE KEY by putting a donuts in a box of donuts, and you get DIAMOND KEY from the scary doll. We go into DIAMOND SHACK, move the carpet, go down, take GOLD STATUE and hide, Vitally will come...

After you got GOLD STATUE, go back to room under the main stairs in the hallway, put it in place, pull the handle and go down.

For this achievement you need to go into X SHACK. You need to open the safe in the CLUBS ROOM, code is random and you get it from it from grave (Check Gravedigger). Look for an eggplant and a tomato in the greenhouses. Place each in their dish.

We go into the room that we just opened in previous achievement.

There are boxes outside, we go and open them with a hammer and in one of them there will be a cat or it may be in a chair near the haval. We take it and take it to the stand in CLUBS ROOM, we put it on the stand and loot the pistol/lighter.

You need the get gun/lighter from previous achievement and complete also Strong eggplant!, go to satanic hide room and use gun to light candles and enjoy the cutscene.

After summoning the succubus (check previous achievement), she will left a MULTI KEY, go to the GYM (the stairs in the hallway), open the door, enjoy(?) the cutscene.

After open MULTI DOOR in GYM, pass by OTAKU ROOM, ignore elevator and go further into the corridor in a straight line, after noticing loop, go back and open door to enter into NIGHTMARE sequence. You will see a safe, open it, code is 0412.

This pop achievement but still have to complete NIGHTMARE sequence: loot the duck from safe, later. After passing, a little further there will be a nightstand, in it an ingredient for a burger, we take it, put it in the place where the burger is shown. We go to the exit, we get into the same corridor, the sounds of indigestion will be heard in the scary doll in the toilet, there will be a screwdriver out of its head, and use it to open the drawer on the sofa, we take the ingredient and place it, we go to the door, we get into same corridor, again, we take a tomato, it will be in the sink, we put it and answer the call received on the phone.... boo!

There are a lot of achievements connected with this duck but you only need to do one thing: place duck into the pool.
After you complete NIGHTMARE sequence in previous achievement, the duck will spawn next to us, pick it up, then we go to the pool and throw it into the water.

So for this one you need all three presents and place it in the X-Mas tree outside:
1. First present is in the house, I got it from starting room, not sure if random or not.
2. You need to complete snowman:
a. Get a carrot from vegetable garden.
b. Use shovel next to fireplace on fireplace itself to get coal.
c. Scarf randomly spawn in house.
d. Get axe from SUCCUBUS ROOM, use to get 2 breeches form trees in JAPANESE GARDEN
After snowman if completed pick present from his head
3. this one have several steps too:
a. Get all for socks from all around house and place them into the unlit fireplace.
b. go to the kitchen, and bake some cookies,
i. Get egg and milk from refrigerator, flour and sugar are in the kitchen's drawers.
ii. Mix.
iii. Cook in the oven
iv. Take a cookie and a bottle of milk back to unlit fireplace.
v. Place cookie and milk.
vi. Use gun/lighter to lit fireplace.(check Marcus didn't betray!)
vii. Present is outside, nearby chimney.

This game (so far) have 3 endings, LAZY, NORMAL and ALIEN.

LAZY (bad) ENDING:
Complete game without doing nightmare sequence (Skip succubus, MULTI KEY, BURGER), Just
open the gate and leave in car.

NORMAL ENDING:
It's the same thing than before but you have to go through all nightmate sequence, to trigger it check Achievement 0412.

ALIEN ENDING:
1. First, you need to open the passage to succubus room and get MULTI KEY.
2. (I'm not sure if needed) Go to the Hedge maze, near X SHACK, break the box and get a photo from there, which will have the next clue.
3. Go to GYM, open MULTI DOOR, pass by Michael room and take elevator, ride it up. Go back down by foot to elevator, there is the next photo with a clue. Take the photo with you.
4. Now we need the mop. Go with the mop and the photo-hint to the fireplace in the main hall, where the billiard table is. Throw the photo into the fireplace, wait until it burns and an inscription appears on the fireplace. Rub all the appearing inscriptions with a mop.
5. Now we need to collect baskets of eggs all around the map for picking up. 5.
a. Next to the fireplace we mopped before.
b. Next to X SHACK (succubus one), between the fence and the wall of the barn, to the right of the door. (need to close door to reach it)
c. Next to the pool behind the steel lockers.
d. Behind the DIAMOND SHACK next to car.
e. Behind the greenhouse with eggplants.
6. Place all 5 eggs into the pedestal/gave in the Hedge maze and get the coin.
7. We throw a coin into the fountain, near the X SHACK. (this will trigger end)
