By default, the player does not have an option to unlock all H-scenes (regardless of game completion).
However, the Dev has provided a way to enable this feature on Ci-en:

Steps

• Download alldata.flag from the Ci-en post or from Alternative download link[drive.google.com]
  
• Copy alldata.flag to "save" folder of the game directory.
  
• Now the player can go to the bottom right of the Recollection Room (or Memory Room) to unlock all scenes

• 從 Ci-en 上下載 alldata.flag或從分流[drive.google.com] 下載
  
• 將 alldata.flag 複製到遊戲目錄下的save資料夾
  
• 玩家現在就可以在畫廊裡右下角的水晶解鎖所有場景
