Open the Steam console by either typing "steam://open/console" into your web browser or the Run dialog with no quotes.

Paste the following into the console with no quotes:

"download_depot 661990 661991 8264436335407140840"

This will download the version of the game before the DLC characters were added and where Link animations were still in the game.

When your download is finished, it will show you the directory where it was downloaded, usually your base Steam installation folder (ex: YourDriveName:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_661990\depot_661991)




If it does not show a download in the console when you copy pasta the previous command, check your network to see if Steam is downloading something. Then check the content directory in your Steam installation folder.

BACKUP YOUR SAVE BEFORE DOING THIS!:

Take the files from the depot folder and overwrite your existing Arcana Heart 3 LOVEMAX SIXSTARS!!!!!! XTEND installation. Overwrite all files.

Delete the "AALib" .exe and rename the "AH3LMSSS" .exe to "AALib" with no quotes, i.e. delete the newest .exe, then take the old .exe and rename it to the new one.

Press play and enter the game. It will prompt your to create a new save. You can either create a new save, or continue without saving.

Enter a match or training mode. Congratulations, you should now have Link animations!
