Residential buildings type 1-447C-53/73

I present to you the 1-447C-53/73 series dormitory. Dormitories of this series are common throughout the Soviet Union and were built in many cities of the USSR. Dormitories of this type were built from the early 1970s (early modifications) to the 1990s. Some buildings were reconstructed into apartment buildings in the 1990s and 2000s. Developer: Central Research Institute of Housing Construction of the State Construction Committee of the USSR.
There are two modifications of the building: the 1968-1969 version, which differs from the model presented here in that it has original (large) windows on the staircases, and the 1973 version, which differs in that it has smaller windows in the foyer and hall.
This set includes two buildings, one in the form of a low-comfort residential building, and the second in the form of a student dormitory.
