Idea's to fix DBD Issues.

If the dev's are going to do anything with 2v8 in 1v4 it should be the cages. once the survivor is downed the killer can pick them up and put them in a 2v8 cage like normal 1v4 hook where you still need to walk towards the hook to hook the survivor. (Also this works better for my idea)

Hooks:
Once a survivor is hooked keep the current anti hook feature.

When a survivor is unhooking, the entity will push the killer away from the hook.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀( "The killer can still get a hit in if there lucky" )
The entity's claws will apprear from the ground making a spider like egg/cocoon around the hook and around the survivors.
The egg/cocoon is transparent from the inside allowing survivors to see outside.
The egg/cocoon isn't transparent on the outside blocking the killers view of the inside.

The egg/cocoon can only be exited making it so survivors can't enter but only leave.
( Up to the devs and the commuity on this one: Survivors should they be allowed to heal underneath the eggs / cocoons protection or not? )

Once the survivor that has been unhooked leaves the egg/cocoon, then it disappears after 10s giving the killer notification that the survivor has been unhooked like 9.2.0PTB, and for perks like " Floods Of Rage, Make Your Choice, Furtive Chase" only activate once the egg has disappeared. If a survivor tries to stay in the egg/cocoon past another hook it starts a 30s timer then the egg/cocoon will disappear leaving the survivor not protected anymore.
( The timer can be shorter or longer depending on how the PTB goes for this change )

Hookstates:
Keep it how it is in 9.2.0 PTB showing the killer the survivors hookstates can make it so people who genuinely don't want to tunnel can avoid it.

( Maybe if anything due to the egg/cocoon change if a survivor just afks after the egg/cocoon has disappeared then they should be replaced with a bot and not just to get downed again and rehooked bc they gave up on the match just an idea not really thought about fully but something could be done about people who give up.

The only other thing is if the killer camps the egg/cocoon to the endgame and hatch spawns leaving a standoff then the survivor in the egg/cocoon should have the option to abandon or just make the egg/cocoon have the hatch effect and make the survivor fall in and escape.Or just add if you're the last survivor leaving the egg/cocoon gives you endurance for x amount of seconds to give you a chance. )

The idea to "Fix" / Balance slugging would be:

Adding in a point on the bleeding out bar to where the survivor gets endurance so if you bleed out for half of your bar, when another survivor goes to pick up the downed survivor they can’t immediately get hit by the killer and go back down.

( Like base kit soul guard but only once per survivor kinda thing )

The endurance allows the killer to either choose the survivor that they’ve been chasing or the one that just got up.

For the endurance, once up off the ground will start going away however if the survivor gets in chase again the endurance timer stops. If the survivor starts running with another survivor like how "Teamwork" perks work the endurance will go down at a faster rate and make it so the other survivor can't just bodyblock for there friend.

( pigs head trap timer but once near another suvivor it's active again )

Now to give it some numbers and balance:

If you get picked up and down again before that 50% mark, the line should just move down to an appropriate point let's say lowest max is 35-40% of the red bar.

let’s say for argument sake that you wait until the 51% mark to get picked up by your friends so you can't move it down and abuse it. It won’t, you will just be put into a "second stage down" at 51%

(There needs to be a threshold of the % so you can't abuse it).

So anything below 65% red bar won’t give you your endurance it will just put you into "second stage down" with the 65% red bar to burn for faster crawl.

So if you go down you will have 100% if you go down again anywhere between 75% to 65% that will make the 50% endurance mark to 35%

The Bleed out bar will have "hidden" marks at 65% and 50% making it harder to abuse.

( So if the survivor get picked up at 65% or below remaining % the survivor enters a second stage down and can crawl 2x speed to get somewhere else
If downed above the 65% mark it will move to 35% for the endurance )

⠀( it should be a choice to crawl or to recover. If anything then maybe when 2 or more survivors go down for "x" amount of time then they get an anti slug bar)

As a commuity we can smooth it out with BHVR. ( Hooks can get rid of the mark or reduces it or however the commuity think to improve this mechanic)

I think what they did on the Nostromo map and adding in something that is map unique and able to effect killer and survivor is something that is really awsome that has been given up on and i'm not saying add in the same thing to other maps but something smiller like maybe rock fall system that perma extend a loop or closes off a short cut.

But This glitch on Temple Of Purgation (click on Temple of Pugation to see the glitch) What i am saying to add this. Where you can fall down or fall to another platfrom or completely drop down. I have some hopes for the trickster map that is coming to the game where we can be on rooftops and fall to another rooftop or fall all the way down to the lower streets.

my fav part about the glitch on temple of Purgation was a dracula that knew about it and it lined up to the top part of the smoke shack where you normaly drop down but the glitch allowed us to almost jump on to the top part and loop smoke shack in a new way that was honestly most fun i had in awhile on this game.

Would be awsome to add some sort of variant to the killers and changing there power a little and not just adding in new killers all the time. Maybe even add lore into it like giving the variant a title like "The entity chosen" or "Disobedient to the entity" (wip just a half of an idea that i had while playing that game and being like huh this would be fun)

Like a chosen trapper or a disobedient trapper depending on how he stands with the entitys lore and can throw his traps like huntress at survivors or at loops or somthing ( JUST AN EXAMPLE NOT SAYING TO ADD THIS IN )

like the bear trap can work like spring traps axe where you need to get it out your just broken and other survivors can help you. Another thing is throwing bear traps and loops and windows so you can cut off loops and stuff and change up the survivors pathing.

I really like the tomes challenges where we can do stuff like the blighted flower and rifts and
i wish they added more unique challenges to the game.

But thats not even the issue.

The issue is Fear of missing out (FOMO). I think after the first one where we all thought that the quest rewards where going to be put into a tome so players can get the 4 rewards later but they didn't so now tomes are only for lore that we no longer need to do while adding in a fear for people who need to work and have a family.

So if you look at the game rewards on the wiki and really like a banner or something that was a Quest reward well your never getting again. (Same as twitch rewards) what is lame.

Also it was a fun little grind to do in the game while losing your mind to the 30x ghouls and 15x nurses all runing meta builds and it made games where you get tunneled out or forced out still feel rewarding if you get some progress to your tome.

"Quest's" should only be dailies and BHVR should just make tomes again and stop FOMO. or keep how it is and make it a tome later so people can get the items later.

Just make it like halo where we can buy any of the rift passes and work on the ones we want the stuff from.

A really easy fix.. AND BHVR HEAR ME OUT HERE you'll get more money for people who bought the game when the FNAF boom happen / new players over all.

You don't even need to change how the rift fragments work. Just make the rift pass you want to work on active and your rift fragments go to the active one making it so you have a choice.
"Do i work on the new one and not pay any money for the free track OR do i buy one i like more and work on that one " and maybe add the rift fragment back to the tomes
