Infantry CP reduced. Infantrys like tankman and tier 1 should not be priced over 1. Meatbag should be priced as meatbag.

Officers now have reason to use.

-50 cp for more armors and have FLAREGUN.

Not for balance just for fun.

In theory, AI will spawn more infantries. Enjoy.
