Military Sniper High-FOV Fixes

Opis
just fixes the weird finger movements on the military sniper seen when playing on high FOVs cause they annoy me, also fixes the sinking bolt on the helping hand/item extend anims. every other animation and the model itself are left unchanged.

this is just a personal addon im putting on the workshop for the sake of convenience
