If I ever get into modding this game, I'm planning on making alternate maps for these regions.
Like a version where Pebbles is collapsed, but Moon is Standing and Shoreline is still WaterFrontFacilities.
Or a version where WaterfrontFacilities shares the Moon-can segment from Shoreline, so that the precipice isn't a dead end part. Of course, with access to Submerged Superstructure.

Oh, I thought this was way back. In Sky islands or Chimney Canopy,
the broken bridge that lead to The Exterior.
So, this is actually a dead end part of Shoreline, connected to south east Exterior. Ok.
I even recently played the game. shame on me for forgetting so easily XD

what do you mean? Precipice is there for everyone. It's a section of shoreline that can only be reached from the exterior. Saint is the only one who doesn't have access actually.
