Increased Warlord encounters!

Beskrivning
This Mod doubles the spawn chance of the Warlord at Military Barricades.
The new spawn chances are:
Region 1: 10%
Region 2: 30%
Region 3: 50%

The Warlord is a really cool Boss that barely spawns, this mod aims to change that.

@Green Narukami this mod should function the same for kingdoms, except that the regions should be the different escalations, keep in mind he can only spawn once per esc.

In over 100 hours, I've only met him once, and that's in a place where we're guaranteed to meet him. For the boss I gave my MONEY for, he shows up unusually little!:yawp:
