You will need to follow this guide in order to not constantly crash:

Ported this from Gmod.
However this port is old because i doubt i find out whatever Windows feature prevents Hammer from suceeding in loading the vmf files. So i cannot maintain this just because i cant load it in again. All i remember it was one of the Windows features. But which one eludes me.

Yeah you will likely need a bunch of the content that the gmod addon requires.

For those asking about the rooms, I've tried using this by porting it from Gmod

Just fly up to the skybox and you should be able to find the inside of the castle up there.
