Hi, I’ve definitely checked and it’s not possible to build in the 3 cities.
You’ve solved the problem, I really appreciate your time and for creating the mod.

This is just a personal observation: I’ve seen the new NPCs, the big wolves are awesome because they have great textures and animations, and the NPCs with masks are a nice concept. However, I’d remove the NPCs with wolf masks and axes since they don’t have any animations and just walk very stiffly hahaha. That’s all. I have the mods on both servers and they work great.
