Unoffical KRTX Patch Reupload

Description
This is a unoffical patch for the Kaiserreich Extended tech tree. I fixed some graphical issues and some other things but the main base of the mod is the Unoffical patch by @Caek so all credit goes to him (and ofc to the original creator of KRTX). The mod should currently work with Kaiserredux and Kaiserreich without crashes, but there can be some bugs, pls contact me if there is a bug so I can fix it. Btw. if the original owner of KRTX wants me to take this patch down I´ll take it down. it is compatible with 1.16.x.

This Mod should be unaffected by any Event Changes since it doesn't overwrite any Event files

Has this been updated to the newer event ids and nation tags like the other mod, or is it not needed?

oh im only using this mod with Kaiserredux and KR Tech Extension. Thats when it crashes. I brought up Road to 56 cause I meant that i like the 56 tech tree and how the KR Tech Extension just reminds me of it. it mixes well.

The crash happens when i load KR Tech Extension at all, the original mod. just doesnt work.
