The Bombardier CRJ series is a family of rear-engine regional jets made in Canada. Despite production ending in 2020, the CRJ series remains popular with regional airlines around the world. The -700 variant is the most popular variant, used heavily on domestic flights worldwide. With seating for up to 78 passengers, it is the perfect choice for short-haul flights.
SkyWest Airlines operates 21 CRJ-700 aircraft for Sunset Regional. These aircraft are deployed on short-haul routes within the Western and Southern United States and have slightly fewer seats than the Sunset-owned CRJ-700s.
