Redoubtable Class - Escort Destroyer

描述
Primarily designed for anti-strike-craft and anti-missile warfare, the Redoubtable Class Destroyer provides significant defensive coverage to a deployed task force allowing accompanying Capital ships to engage larger targets free from harassment.
Redoubtable's can also deploy independently for long range patrol and anti-piracy operations or function as an anchor for a frigate squadron.

The ship can support a complement of between 32-42 personnel, anything beyond that exceeds the ships maximum evacuation capacity - 8 Escape Pods - 2 on board atmospheric capable Puffin Class Light Combat Shuttles.

This ship is more role-play / pseudo realism focused than a PVP ship. Intentionally designed not to be a super-ship capable of anything everything, bristling with railguns etc- but would certainly not go down without a fight!

~~ Features ~~

A fully detailed interior with hundreds of lights, LCDs as well as Deck Plan LCD's placed around the ship to prevent people getting lost.

Survival ready. I imagine this ship could be a end game goal to get into orbit and recover it, or go off exploring with a crew and fight POIs.
Or it could be made into a ghost ship of sorts.

Battle Stations mode that dims lights and seals blast doors.
Each Turret has a dedicated welder to auto-repair any damage once activated.

The ship has 7 Decks - see deck plan listed below.

_______________________________________________________________

This ship has taken around 3 years to build and is the culmination of over 2000 hours in space Engineers. for those interested in it's design origins, look up Dawn Vanguard [mothballed] or look on my profile for various screenshots.

In 2021 after a series of mishaps, faulty windows updates and a failing SSD I lost nearly ALL of my Space Engineers designs up to that point - this included the Battlecruiser - Dawn Vanguard 2.0.

This nearly made me uninstall Space Engineers forever, however the itch would not go away.
So eventually I began my next project.
The Destroyer started out as way to get back into SE and though still not as big as it's predecessors, overtime and after many redesigns the scale gradually increased beyond my initial intentions. Escape pods were a large factor in this, they take up so much room!

However I still class the Redoubtable as a Destroyer. Why? I hear you ask. Simple, I use the [Mexpex] X-3 Heavy Main Battery mod as a guide.
My Battlecruiser design featured 6 of these beasts comfortably - the Redoubtable looks woefully undersized with even one.

Any feedback is welcome, I don't think i've missed anything!?
