Boomer & Mortarbug's projectiles visible explosion radius (Single ring)

Adds a ring around the Boomer's orbs and the Mortarbug's projectiles.

The radius of the ring has been fixed for the Boomer's orbs thanks to connman116 for reporting it

• Different ring particle for the Mortarbug's "mortar" projectile (reused the boomer's projectile particle sprite)
  
• More accurate damage hitbox
  
• Less additional particles for better visibility
  
• Different colours
