Fix Live Wallpaper (Wallpaper Engine) Pause Went Interact with Desktop Mate Characters.

Went you use both Desktop Mate and Wallpaper Engine, you might have same problem such as Live Wallpaper pause went you click or moving Teto-san (or other characters).

Here I have some tips how to fix it. So you can enjoy both your "oshi/waifu" with your other "waifu".

Step 1: Ofc you must have both software in your library (Teto-san will hate you, if you be a pirate). 
Step 2 : Open Wallpaper Engine and the "Settings". 
Step 3 : Click Edit at "Application Rules" then "Create new rule" 
Step 4 : Adjust it

Step 1: Ofc you must have both software in your library (Teto-san will hate you, if you be a pirate).
You open both Desktop Mate and Wallpaper Engine for checking or just skip to next step.
Step 2 : Open Wallpaper Engine and the "Settings".
Step 3 : Click Edit at "Application Rules" then "Create new rule"
Step 4 : Adjust it
Type/Select "DesktopMate.exe" at Application name, then select Condition "Is fullscreen" and Wallpaper playback "keep running".

After that, click "Create".

Now click "OK" and "OK" then Close Wallpaper Engine. All done. that's it.
Now Teto was happy~
Explanation Why Wallpaper Engine Pause went You "Touching" Teto-san (or other characters ofc.).
So, Desktop Mate works in full screen. That's why the characters in Desktop Mate can sitting or laying at Taskbar and Window.

Wallpaper Engine by default pause went you at full screen, that make sense because you can't see wallpaper went you in full screen. But, for Desktop Mate which use full screen for Teto can sitting make Wallpaper Engine recognises you as in full screen at some application and pause live wallpaper.

That way in this guide, I made some setting that Wallpaper Engine still "keep running" live wallpaper even Desktop Mate in full screen.
