Introducing a new unusual technique: Hybrid Unusual Effects!

Hybrid unusuals are unique in that they're hat unusual effects that apply particles to ANY weapon you have equipped. These weapon particles function similarly to actual weapon unusuals, but they are generally subtler and dynamically apply themselves onto all equipped weapons - as long as you’re wearing the hat.

In this case, "Possession" applies small ghosts to your weapons.

Outline Tech - Adds a rimlight, faceglow, and eyeglow that fade away at short distances.
Position on Model - Allows the unusual effect to spawn dynamically based on any hat's size and shape, as well as any weapon.
