IRL Time Display

Adds a display for the current IRL system time, similar to an info accessory (but minus the accessory!). Comes with some customization options (24 hour time, displaying seconds, etc). If you think the "System" prefix is ugly you can remove that too in the config, just set it there so as to clarify it's not the in game time.

Very simple mod, I made it cause I was tired of checking my phone or alt-tabbing to see what time it was so I didn't accidentally stay up all night in game exploring in anticipation of the next JD Vance jumpscare (iykyk). I've got a j*b so I have to get up in the morning unfortunately. Mod took me like 30 minutes to make and I've never touched terraria modding before.

Should work on singleplayer. Might work on multiplayer but I haven't tested it and I'm not sure that I plan to.
