If you don't have the DLC you'll have access to an alternate recipe to build the weapons, but the ingredients required will be rarer, and not as flavourful.

A simple mod adding end-game weapons, crafted with gravcores. Requires a new research project : Grav Weapons, locked behind the advanced gravship research.

The balance should be okay. I think I made it so enemies can't have it, but I'm still figuring things out with modding. At any rate, I never got raided by someone with it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This looks really cool, I hope everything will be ok with the balance and that it won't appear in the world and with other NPCs
