Ladies and gentlemen, I know you all love the exosuit. But have you ever thought "Man, I wish I could strap a minigun to one of the arms on this thing"? Well you're in luck! I spent a few rough nights designing this tough bastard of a separatist suit, with enough bullets to rival a coalition sub's armory and enough weight in armor to make a selkie cry.

Restrictions/Downsides:

It requires biofuel to recharge the built-in battery by running the generators. Uranium is expensive these days!
These generators consume oxygen FAST. Be in a well ventilated room when recharging.

Everything is expensive. What did you expect? It's a man-sized mech.

A separatist-locked blueprint is required to unlock this beast. This gives another reason to choose a Separatist playthrough.

Тhe ammo drum is a large item, meaning you can't easily carry as much ammo as you would if you carried an HMG. This still gives a reason to go down the gunner tree, as the minigun on this suit also has a worse spread than the HMG.

The storage module can only carry medicine, oxygen, rockets, and fuel. I didn't want to include this, but adding "smallitem" to the list of containable tags makes it so any item you click on that's small can't be equipped in your hands anymore. Meaning the sole purpose of having a free hand would be gone.

Quirks/Bonuses include:
It includes life support. As long as you are inside the suit, you will not go unconscious. However, if the power goes out you will quickly suffocate. Carry a spare dive mask in case this happens, so your team can drag you home!

Massive ammo box size, with okay ammo economy for it's price.

Slight increase to armor (5-10% in some areas) as well as concussion, burn and radiation resistance built in.
It's still vulnerable to armor penetrating weapons, as any armor would be.

20 bonus weapons skill, at the cost of 15 electrical and mechanic skill.

Built in safety mechanism to ensure you don't accidentally bulldoze a friend while trying to place an item.

A small handful of weapons to go alongside the suit, such as a machete, a multitool, a heavy stun baton, and a rocket launcher featuring three ammo types.

That is fair reasoing, however bare in mind most of the enemies one faces are creatures rather than humans and by the time one gets the suit they likely have an hmg and exo suit already.
Maybe to balance the two make them different in some way? Separatist one can breathe if there's oxygen in the hull but the coalition always needs air from a tank, maybe make the coalition one slower, so on and so on.

If you don't have plans to make it free to build again or a coalition version that's absolutely fine though, just loved the suit but it's a shame that it's locked behind separatists

Never! Stay away from my suit!

In all reality, I don't see this as being balanced. The reason why I have this as a separatist suit is because a separatist playthrough involves MUCH more human combat, since a majority of outposts you visit are not friendly, therefore you need to have an edge in combat in order to compensate for your lack of allies.

If this were to be usable by the coalition, it would be a bit overkill since you only need to fight enemy humans every mission or three even in late game. Which would make fighting the separatists a joke, considering how much time you have to prepare in between skirmishes. And not a haha funny honkmother kind. Just way too easy.
