In your library, select Hollowbody. Then click the Controller Icon underneath the game's banner to the right-hand side. From here, select these in this order to make your way to the Left Joystick Settings where the magic happens:

• Enable Steam Input
  
• Edit Layout
  
• Joysticks
  
• Left Joystick Behavior "Cog Icon"

Now, you'll left to select the drop-down next to "Stick Response Curve" and set it to "Custom Curve". Once you've done that, you can dial in with the slider. I found that 70 felt much smoother than the default 200. Also, you can set it at 25 to see how drastic the effect is and dial it up from there until you find something comfortable for you.
