Tusk if a very good Character. However in this meta no one really knows where to play him. This is the best build for this meta imo and it has worked great every time I've played it. I usually play it Off-lane support or Solo Off-lane but depending on your team it could work elsewhere. Feel free to leave comments and rate it!
