🦅 1. This mod makes the elected leader of Holy Roman Empire, not help the hre members, when they get attacked from
a nation located outside of hre, because in original history , HRE was a religious and diplomatic clan of german nations,
Cesar did not have to always help it's members in wars, only if it was his strong interest.

🚩 2. In original history, HRE had 7 electors, not 5, so now there are 7 electors. ( small change lol )
