Simple NPCs

描述
SimpleNPC makes town NPCs always happy and unlocks their full shops, while still respecting Boss locked items. No world state changes or biome manipulation occurs.

Features:
- Max happiness at all times (loves all biomes and neighbors)
- Unlimited nearby NPCs (no crowding penalty)
- All pylons always available for purchase from Cyborg
- Biome-specific vendor items always always available (e.g., Merchant: Marshmallow/Furnace; Steampunker: Blue Solution, Ice Machine, Sky Mill; etc.)
- Boss locked items still boss locked (i.e. quad barrelled shotgun and leaf wings), but are no longer biome dependent

btw I've noticed that because the mod changes the npcs likings to everything sometimes their "Happiness" response is SO LARGE that it starts to lag the game XD

Maybe add a bit in to just change their "Happiness" response to something much simpler.
