Hey!

There are 7 achievements.

One is time sensitive- beating the game in under 8 minutes.

The others are not that difficult, but it will take you several playthroughs to unlock them all.

0:00 = Level 1

0:20 = 'Repressed Break' Achievement

0:58 = Level 2
1:58 = Level 3
3:11 = Level 4

3:33 = Level 5
4:18 = Level 6
5:23 = Level 7

7:39 = 'Secret Break' Achievement

I'd recommend:

- 1st playthrough:

Repressed Break - Punch the door at 0:20.
Slow Break - Fail a level. When you get to Level 2, don't break the necessary objects and let the timer run out.
Messy Break - Break 200 objects in total.
Clean Break - Finish the game.

- 2nd playthrough:

Perfect Break - You are allowed to break only the necessary objects, as I did in the video. (On Level 4 I broke only the first door and then stood still. According to user Nea Morielle™, you can break stuff on this level if you want and still unlock the achievement.)

- 3rd playthrough:

Secret Break - Check the part at 7:39 (break a lot of stuff on Level 4, and then in Level 5 go in the secret door).

- 4th playthrough:

Quick Break - Finish the game in under 8 minutes. It's actually quite close, don't waste too much time and you'll be good. Hopefully by now you are more familiar with what has to be broken and what you must do.
