Hello, Here is how to play Heavens Burn Red on the Linux Version of Steam.

Go to https://heavenburnsred.yo-star.com/ and download the win client version.

Open Steam> Games tab > Add non_Steam game> Find the downloaded win client version > Select the file HeavenBurnsRed_Gamelauncher-1.4.1-setup.exe and add to steam by clicking on add selected program.

For me it was in my downloads folder.

Click on the game in the steam library menu >Properties > Compatibility > Click on For use use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool >
Select GE_Proton latest version (10-10 as of writing this ).
If the launcher is struggling to install please do the following.
Then go to Shortcut tab >Launch options and type copy the following SteamDeck=1 %command% into it.
You can also change the game name and game background to what you want.

To get GE-Proton > Go to Software Manager > Search Proton> Click on ProtonUP-QT and install.

Click on play on Heavens Burn Red, Install the game and it should begin downloading the game for you.
Once it has downloaded and 100% verifiedm > Start game > Options > Download all.
When the download is done, You can login and enjoy the game.

On the launcher page, You will see change install path.
You either click on the link to see the files or change it to one you prefer and set it to that.
It will check to see if the game installed at launch as it is ran in a sandboxed windows.
Once it see's you have already installed the game it will load up the game menu for you to start the game.

where are the game's files? i cannot find them and it reinstalls the game's launcher every time i boot up, so i just need to find the launcher exe and add it as a shortcut.

Yeah, I've tested for a few days and completed the first day of Chapter 5 with out issues.
I did a side story event with out issues and it played the concert perfectly and clearly.

You're telling me... that is as simple as adding the client installer and let Steam and Proton handle the rest???? I need to try this out...
