4 - If you own San Andreas through steam, consider copy/pasting the game outside of the steam directory before you start the modding process. I was lax one day and accidentally launched the game through steam and it started the file verification process, ruining my modded setup. You won't be using the DRM'd exe anyways, so you might as well.
5 - Absolutely a personal preference, but you can remove heatwaves in the mixpack ini.
Again, thanks to Meesmoth for this modlist and HeLiOn PrimE for posting it to steam. It looks incredible and has some great QoL additions like the shortcut wheels, drive-bys, and gps. RoSa and SkyGFX look incredible.
I wanted to say thanks for the modpack. It looks great now that I have it all set up. There's a couple things that have changed for this modpack though that I wanted to point out until this guide gets updated.
1 - Wind Project is no longer needed. It has been added to Proper Fixes.
2 - Dynamic Tram Signs seems to cause crashing with most recent mod files from this list. I confirmed through cleo logs that it was causing the game to stop loading when you would load a save file that had it installed. I'm not entirely sure what is causing that conflict.
3 - This might just be me, but I can't get Cheat Menu to load after first run. Cleo adds it to a "stop-list" and prevents it from booting again. I tried to google this but I couldn't find much regarding cleo and stop-list. I'm using cleo v5.2 if that matters.
You just need to use the downgrader to get it back to 1.0
2. There are strange black lines all over the big Candy Suxx model in the Old Venturas Strip. Whats odd is that the Rosa Project texture is clearly visible, but the black lines cover the texture like someone's spay painted all over the texture. At night the black lines become pink and make the whole model look really strange and look wrong (that's how I noticed the "bug" to begin with). This issue doesn't seem to be occurring with the Avery Carrington model, but it could just be that the Rosa texture is more similar to the original model than the Candy Suxx one.
The whole point of this guide is to make your own pack.
