wait i think for it to work you can not have a "head" at all, so to do this it looks like you have to place a head on the body and have all the normal head boxes empty that will interfere with the bear form, and ofc have a different head for the beefy form and boom, got a full body transformation.

In order to do this double head trick, I'm guessing the head frames weren't drawn. And instead the heads were drawn on the body frames.
