The Eld'uukhar Speak! (FU) Frackin Universe/Races Enhancement (NPC and Player Voice Patch)

Adds voice files for the Eld'uukhar from Frackin Universe/Frackin Races, and adds voice support for Eld'uukhar into the "Player Voice" mod and "More Ouch Noises For Species" mod! (Voice Acting by yours truly))

Voice credits: My own voice acting + an insane amount of audio manipulation

I based the sound of the voices on the way that the hurt sounds for Eld'uukhar sound, and I remastered the hurt sounds as well! (They aren't low audio quality anymore!)

Compatible with Frackin Universe/Races (duh), should be compatible with pretty much anything else.

Requires Frackin Universe or Frackin Races to function, or the standalone Eld'uukhar mod (If that even still exists anywhere)
