Basic about enemies
There are 5 types of enemies in the game: Basic enemies, Darkwood enemies, Anura enemies, Anchordeep enemies, and Silk Cradle enemies. We will discuss each group in more detail later.

to understand that the enemy is going to attack you, look at them, if they start changing their color to white, then they are going to attack you:

In our favorite game, there is a so-called analogue of champions from The binding of Isaac. There are three of them in total:
Meteor:

Every couple of seconds, this champion releases projectiles around him.
Acid:

wherever this enemy goes, and after he dies, he will spill poison beneath him.
Bomber:

When this champion dies, he'll leave behind a bomb.
(I apologize for the quality and size of the screenshots, but they are very difficult to take)

Also, starting from Anchordeep, you can encounter enemies with shield icons and numbers on them.
You may notice that the numbers on the shield icons differ and increase in value.
Also, if you try to attack an enemy with a red shield, you won't be able to deal any damage.

The tactic against them is simple: first, attack the enemy with the green shield:

and then, after killing it, the next enemy will have a green shield. Repeat this process until all the enemies are dead.

some opponents have two types of attack: long-range and short-range, so keep that in mind, and I'll
tell you which opponents can do that

Ordinary Enemies
I've added here the enemies you can encounter in all the game's locations.

Shorty:

The weakest of all common enemies.

Shield bearer:

I hate them.

Glaiveman:

I don't know why they call him a swordsman, but it's a glaive.

Archer:

The archer has two attacks: long-range and short-range.
With a long-range attack, he launches an arrow at you that can be deflected back at him with any weapon and most curses:

With a close attack, he swings his sword and attacks you:

Summoner:

Summoner can summon enemies and shoot arrows at you
He can summon: Shorty, Glaiveman and Archer.
Summoner`s arrows works same as Archer`s arrows
You can stun him with any kind of curse or his own arrow, which will give you a couple of seconds' advantage.

Worm:

in fact, it's just a turret that shoots once every couple of seconds. If you deal damage to it at the moment of shooting, it won't shoot. (starting with Anura, the worm starts shooting 4 projectiles)
Only in Anura you can meet worm that shoot only in one direction:

(Can't meet in a silk cradle)

Corrupted follower:

this enemy can appear if you collect too many sins from one follower (this will happen regularly) A pretty serious and annoying enemy
He has 3 types of attacks:
first main attack:

He shoots at you with a circle of projectiles.
second attack:

he creates waves of projectiles around himself
third attack:
He fires a single wave of projectiles that returns back to him
(idk how to make screenshot of that attack)

Traitor:

He is identical to a professional archer in terms of his attacks, but he runs faster and is always a champion when he appears.
Here are his lines, if anyone is interested:

If you defeat him, he will simply die, unlike the Corrupted follower
Darkwood Enemies
Hatched Larva:

I called it that because it's a smaller version of a regular larva.
It attacks you and makes a dash in your direction. It is a rather weak enemy

Larva:

Same as a hatched larva, but the attack is much further away.

Red Larva:

It's the weakest of them all, as it jumps towards you, but most often just flies over you. The best tactic against it is to get as close to it as possible.

Bat:

probably the most annoying enemy in this section. the attack is similar to the larvae (except for the red one), but there's a catch: IT FLIES, which means it can leave the map and be difficult to kill until it returns to the battlefield.

Thrasher:

I don't know if it can be called an attack, but every couple of seconds, it goes under the ground and spikes appear above it, dealing damage to you when you collide. It's a relatively easy enemy to deal with individually, but when there are many of them, it can become a challenge.

Spitter:

this enemy's tactics are the same as the spitter from Left 4 Dead 2, which means spitting on you and running away.
it attacks you by catapulting acid at you:

and after it does that, it will go underground:

Horned Worm:

He is already stronger than his brother
by attacking, he launches projectiles around himself:

That's where we're done, now we're moving on.
Anura Enemies
Oh God, I hate Anura.

Frog:

Red Larva but more Dangerous

Crusading Frog:

Frog but more Dangerous (I called them that because of the cross on their heads)

Bomber Frog:

It can jump on you and catapult itself into you... a wasp? And it will explode when it lands:

Toad:

The toad can jump at you, and every couple of seconds it releases a swarm of five flies that will chase you:

If you don't destroy the swarm, it will disappear after a couple of seconds of chasing you.

Horned Bat:

just a redrawing of a regular bat.

Skeleton:

the weakest enemy in the game (they can also be found in any location in the game, but only on ? cells and only in the graveyard).

Cager:

He has no attack, but he locks the health bar of all enemies on the battlefield, essentially making them immortal except for himself

Acid Toad:

instead of releasing a swarm of flies, this Toad spits acid at you:

man, I didn't want to go back there. It was a stroke of luck that I was able to do everything in one crusade
Anchordeep Enemies
Jellyfish:

This is a moving version of the worm, and the attack is slightly different:

he releases 4 projectiles at the same time.

Crab:

Red Larva but it jumps twice in a row and more annoying.

Healer:

He doesn't have any attacks, but he heals everyone and can outrun you. (he is also can be meet in silk cradle)

Boomer

This thing is flying towards you and it's going to explode, and it's also going to explode if you hit it.

Reaper:

(NOT THAT REAPER)

Glaiveman but with more health and with Scythe. (he is also can be meet in silk cradle)

Vindicator:

He has increased health and already has a 3-hit combo attack. (he is also can be meet in silk cradle)

Experienced Archer:

He just fires arrows at increased speed. (he is also can be meet in silk cradle)

Bomberman:

like the archer, he has two attacks, a long-range attack and a melee attack. The melee attack is the same as the archer's, and the long-range attack involves throwing a bomb at you, which explodes upon landing and deals damage to everything within the blast radius:

Spiky:

When it attacks, it releases its spikes on back and Dashes at you.

Horned Jellyfish:

This thing shoots a cube of 4 projectiles that then split in 4 directions. It can also move.

Deerworm:

it's the same, but it can't move.

Acid Boomer:

the same boomer, but after the explosion, it will leave a pool of poison behind:

Explosive Spore:

I can't even call this thing an enemy anymore. It looks like a trap that explodes when you approach it and if you hit it.

Kamikaze:

this is a bat that will die after the attack, whether it is successful or not.

Kalmar:

another redrawing of the bat.

Spore Sac:

a boomer who will leave 2 spores after death.

Kamikaze Queen:

This thing gives birth to kamikazes and nothing else.

Armored Archer:

It has a similar armor mechanic to the shield, but it can only be destroyed by its own arrow or by wearing the Berserker's Fleece, allowing you to kill it in one or two hits.
his arrow is not an arrow at all, but a ball:

Big Kalmar:

This thing just spawns spores (BORING).

Ram:

This thing makes three dashes in a row, and after each dash, I think one of his eyes goes blind, but it comes back to normal after a while.

Marine funnel:

This thing looks like a thresher, but after it comes out of the ground, it will blast spikes in all directions.
When it's underground:

Spikes blast:

The last group of enemies is left, which means I'll have to go take screenshots again.
Silk Cradle Enemies
Priest of the old Faith

The same Vindicator, but with increased health

Newborn Silk Spider:

Of all the Silk Spiders (I guess that's what I'll call them), he's the weakest.

Grown-up Silk Spider:

All Silk Spiders (except one) have one same for all attack - they just dash at you.

Silk Spider:

nothing new, just increased health.

Queen of Silk Spiders:

This thing can leave small clutch from which small spiders can be born

Small Clutch:

All types of newborn spiders and some grown-ups can emerge from this clutch.

Clutch:

All the grown-ups and some of the adults can come out of this nest.

Web Clutch:

Some of the cocoons on the ceiling may start twitching, and after a while or after defeating the main enemies, spiders will fall from them.

Silk spiders and Ambush Spiders can fall from the cocoons on the ceiling.

Newborn Ambush Spider:

I called them that because after a while they can climb up to the ceiling and jump on you:

This is what the spider's landing spot looks like:

Grown-up Ambush Spider:

I think it's pointless to say that their HP is only increasing.

Ambush Spider:

he has more health blah blah blah

Acid Spider:

like a Acid Toad, this spider injects poison into you.

Acid Scorpion:

Unlike acid Spider and Toad, the scorpion shoots in a straight line and forms poison under the projectile:

Newborn Fire Scorpion:

This Scorpion launches a wedge of projectiles at you:

Fire Scorpion:

I think the developers went too far with the number of projectiles this scorpion can fire.
At first, it will look like this:

And then like this:

(When I first saw this, I had a face like this 0_0)

Red Old God Eye:

This eye can attack you, and it always appears with a "flock"

Blue Eye of Flock:

Useless without the Red Eye, but together they form a red line, and if you touch it, you will take damage (spawned in duplicate):

Centipede:

If you walk by it, it will sprout thorns on its body.

Acid Centipede:

it's the same, but it leaves a trail of poison behind and under it:

I actually thought it would be easier.
Afterword
I AM STATING THIS IS THE BIGGEST GUIDE I HAVE WRITTEN AND WILL MOST LIKELY WRITE.
Thank you for reading, I hope this guide was at least somewhat useful to you!
I took ALL the screenshots MYSELF.
I wrote this guide in English right away, and I learned all the information myself in the game. I didn't even visit the wiki, and I came up with the name myself.
BASTARD JULBEGRE:

And for now "I should go"
