A note about maxing Finance as Nosferatu. Done in Clan Quest(Unofficial patch 9.2, unsure about vanilla), Venus's missions won't unlock unless you finish Larry's mission. 2 dots, don't give Trip's item, Larry's mission, Skill Book during Venus mission, and then go back Trip to accept his point.
