Udderly Brutal is a hidden achievement in New World that unlocks after you kill 100 cows.
At the time of writing, only 0.2% of players have unlocked it, making it one of the rarest achievements in the game.

This guide provides two optimized farming spots/b]:
• One for high-level players in Reekwater
• One for low-level players in Monarch’s Bluffs

Both are efficient, and you’ll unlock this quirky achievement while stacking some extra skinning XP along the way!

This location is just southwest of the Preiddeu Shrine, in Monarch’s Bluffs.

• There are 5 cow spawns clustered closely together
• 2 additional spawns are a bit farther away, but still manageable within the respawn timer
• With a bit of patience between respawns (roughly 6 minutes), you can get 100 kills in about 1 hour and 25 minutes
(Assuming you're cycling through all 7 spawns consistently)

If you prefer a more relaxed or semi-AFK approach, you can simply rotate between the 5 close spawns. This will take around 2 hours but requires less movement.

✨ Bonus: These cows also reward 189 skinning XP each — and no skinning level is required to harvest them!

This location is just west of Reekwater, at a place called Mosswater Bourg.

• There are 6 cow spawns clustered closely together
• With a short walk, you’ll find 2 more spawns nearby
• With a bit of patience between respawns (roughly 6 minutes), you can get 100 kills in about 1 hour and 15 minutes
(Assuming you're cycling through all 8 spawns consistently)

✨ Bonus: These cows reward 1,300 skinning XP each — but you’ll need at least
Skinning Level 100 to harvest them!

Watch out for gators and Faminegeist while you’re out there,, the cows aren’t the only ones with teeth. 🐊💀

After your 100th cow kill, the “Udderly Brutal” achievement will pop, and with it, you’ll also unlock a new in-game title: “Cattle Rustler”.

It’s a small detail, but a fun and rare reward for those who enjoy hunting hidden achievements.
Wear it with pride, not everyone’s been brave enough to face down that many cows.
