描述
Ai now builds more important building like unique resource buildings, harbors and stuffm that make it a real economy rival. for example, in original game , in 1440 scenario, after 50 years of gameplay, AI nations haven't even build a single mine in whole europe. Now they use their money to place mines harbors and fisheries and more, to upgrade economy , not just placing libraries and tax collectors + farms. If you wanna make AOH3 challenging, you gotta get this mod. ;)

whenever i play, this mod doesnt do anything, only in spectator mode they suddenly wake up and build

that AI bullds better makes ai build only more libraries and tax colectors. this mod Balances all buildiings in AI aspect.
