All you have to do is collect or miss three photographs, one in each of the last three big levels. Once you collect the photographs, you have to put them in the frame to the left of the main hub area with the book. When you collect the photograph in the neighborhood area, you are required to put it in the frame before proceeding, so it will require at least two playthroughs. You can save before placing the photographs and get the "Leaves" and "Leaves+" achievements in one go.


To get "Stays" achievement, collect no photographs and simply finish the game as normal.

To get "Leaves" achievement, collect one or two photographs and put them in the frame, then finish the game as normal.

To get "Leaves+" achievement, collect all three photographs, put them in the frame, and then finish the game as normal.

For "Leaves" I got the ones in the neighborhood and forest levels, if the developer wants to clarify the specific requirements I'll put hem here.

If you want the speedrun achievements, you do not need to collect any photographs.

To get the photo in the neighborhood, you first need to go to the "Deli" corner store and pick up the key on the table.


Now go to the baseball field and find the baseball bat.

Head to "Sam's House" and go to her room. Put the baseball bat on the plaque and this will reveal a train car.

Go to the garage to the left of Sam's house and unlock the door. Head up the ladder and put the train on the track to get the padlock key.

Use the padlock key outside on the nearby gate and photograph the white mass to reveal "Garden Photo."

After you drain the water to get to the lower cave, there will be a console far to the left of the save area. It will ask you to input a button code, the code is the same as the one in the area where you turned on the generator to pump blood to the heart.

When you first get to the subway area, there will be a thin area next to the track with a yellow line you have to run across to get the exit key. As you do this, you will briefly see the white static fuzz in the background. Turn around and head in the opposite direction toward the fuzz without changing areas. The photograph is at the end of this narrow walkway (You may have to wiggle the controls at the edge of the screen to find the ledge.)
