So, this is my first time making a mod for this game!

The game itself looked really fun, and as soon as I got the game yesterday, I already had some ideas for some character/kart mods I could make for it. This being one of them since, Billy himself was in the game, but his kart wasn't(?), so I did it myself

The placement of the tires looks a bit rough, but it was the best I can do for now.

I hope you enjoy racing with it alongside Billy Hatcher or any other racer :)
