Magiluminescence Works While Airborne

Does the following:

- Magiluminescence now works while airborne. In vanilla, Magiluminescence only gives increased acceleration & deceleration and speed when on the ground. Now it works all the time.

Normally I would say that this makes the accessory OP, but if you're like me playing with some increased difficulty like the Umbra mod and Legendary Get Fixed Boi combined then it's fair game.
