UPDATE: White flag issue for captured cities has been fixed and cities now start with modded flags.

yeah the modding tools are quite limited right now

Nothing to do with this mod in particular but imagine how crazy this game could get if we got mods/modding tools that allowed for like trench crusade, 40k , halo, WW2, etc etc
