If the folder paths where you put the files are correct, then you might need to double check if you have copy and paste the path in $basetexture in Element viewer is correct, you should paste the path starting from models/workshop/…/…/… (folder and file name where you put)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/10Mr4jx6kWGdjsWtdGdAMbC7d6z5ktZLI/view?usp=sharing
You must first subscribe the following items in SFM workshop: TF2 (Hexed) General's Wear , maskless spy and Sny
And here's a tutorial on how to overwrite and reskin the texture:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdgeRDPofg0
The General's wear is for the tunic, in which the VMT and VTF file (generals_wear_black_color) should put in the following:
Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\materials\models\workshop\player\items\spy\generals_wear
For "stylish_spy_black_PC" and "stylish_spy_black_black_Insp" VMT / VTF files, those are for pants and inner shirts, and they should be put in the following:
Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\materials\models\player\spy
Not yet, but if you want those custom reskin textures, I can share the Google drive download here
The cosmetics are mostly reskins and materials overwrite for spy’s General Wear, Soldier’s Bobby Bonnet, Sny, and peak caps from British police in Call of Duty - modern warfare.
