A Ratkin expanded mod aim at adding clothing, food, drinks, drugs and equipment and buildings

目前模组内容有限，仅包括一套鼠族通用太空服和两种酒饮
Now the mod only add limited things, including a set of Ratkin general spacesuit and two liquor.
