Prerequisites/Introduction
You have (probably) passed the final wall and finished the game if you bother to read this. What lies below are my insights into the late game progression of interests and techniques for grinding out the last few ascension points.

Basic Information:
  • I am going to continue with the assumption that you have every rune at max tier and have the final tier of ascension upgrades available(21+ points).
  • When it comes to infinite wall damage, your top DPS will come from the Dragon and Spirit Sage. Gorgon for some DPS and debuffs, and Zephyr for weakness stacking/technically infinite damage (eventually).
  • I have found that Shaman and Ifrit cannot be relied upon for damage, only for their debuffs.

The section following will list some noteworthy blessings that will be important for the strategy used in this guide.

Perk Choices
While personal preferences may differ, some blessings have shown to be practically useless in late game progression. Here lies my personal list of least favorites.

Blessing of Few
  • Blessing of 60 is significantly better not only because of it having a 2.25x larger productivity bonus but also having more things to apply the bonus to.
  • It does not stack with Blessing of Population, while Blessing of 60 does.

Blessing of Effects
  • At max tier, it prevents decay of debuffs at 150 or lower, which does nothing for shaman curse(Maxes then resets at 100, the decay rate is also super low), nor any late game debuff stacking into the thousands (Weakness)
  • The only thing that seems to benefit much is Shaman's frost debuff, which cannot keep up with the high decay rates without significant investment into a subpar damage dealer

Blessing of Curses
  • Shaman is a fairly decent early game unit, but falls off super quickly unless you want to only invest into one totem type.
  • This debuff is also caused by the gorgon without harming its own DPS, leaving this to be rather pointless in my opinion.

Now that we have covered the bad options, how about some good ones.

Blessing of the Gorgon
  • It is really easy to stack weakness into the thousands with Zephyr and wall weakness research, and getting high gorgon damage is also particularly easy with the next blessing

Blessing of Diplomacy
  • Investing into diplomacy is basically free, getting an extra 1260 gold (6 relics) for practically nothing is well worth it.

Blessing of Debt
  • The -100 spirits looks daunting, but it comes out to +30 spirits total.
  • List of applicable places: Orb, Study, Forestry, Academy, Dragon Nest, Alchemy Lab, Embassy, and Runecraft

Other good mentions that I hopefully wont have to explain
  • Blessing of Multitasking
  • Blessing of Specialization
  • Blessing of Compounding
DPS Explanation
As I mentioned in the intro, your top damage dealers will be spirit sages and the dragon, with the Summoned Troops as support. Here is why.

Spirit Sage (S+ Tier)
  • The damage of the spirit sage increases with the amount of different debuff stacks (not weakness) applied and with the strength of the dragon fireball
  • Spirit sages are half as expensive as all of the other summoned units, and are instant unlike the dragon.

The Dragon (S Tier)
  • The dragon will gain the fireball ability at level 50, which you should be well aware of by this point.
  • The fireball is strengthened significantly by the Ifrit rune tree, and doubled by the dragon queen
  • If you picked up the Specialization blessing, it becomes much easier to keep your levels balanced and allows for more points overall

Support Units:

Shaman (C+ Tier)
  • Decent early game damage, falls off hard
  • Highest damage output is probably Ice arrow, which is dependent on gorgon damage

Ifrit (B Tier)
  • Damage marginally increases with number of other units, also supports dragon fireball
  • The blessing is also dragon support, probably worth the investment

Gorgon (A Tier)
  • Stacking relics for increasing damage is really easy, with multiple blessings supporting the acquisition of Magic Gold
  • Will likely be your first wall destroyer, until runes are available
  • Causes multiple debuffs, including Curse and Shatter

Zephyr (S- Tier)
  • If you want to deal huge amounts of damage, these are a necessity. Weakness is required for increasing not only base damage output, but also for strengthening Gorgons with their Blessing covered earlier in the guide.
  • While the lightning technically can strengthen itself forever, it gets outpaced by some of the other options. Good for leaving something on overnight if you really want to.
Conclusion/FAQ
I don't really have anything else to say, if I need to make any updates I will leave a changelog here, as well as leave room for a potential FAQ if necessary.

I might come back and add pictures later if I feel like it or if demand is high enough

Thanks and have a pleasant wall experience

I cant do basic math for some reason
160(+debt) - 100(-debt) - 30(tower bonus) is +30 spirits
Rune crafters get the bonus despite not being unlocked until post wall, doubling indeed does not stack with initial but it serves as an anti-scaling measure

since the blessings of the tower and blessing of doubling don't stack with blessing of debt it is only a + 15 spirits. if they did stack Orb, Study, and Forestry would all have 60 workers on rebirth. 10 from blessings of the tower plus 20 from the blessing of dept the doubled because of blessing of doubling.

Completion is the name of the game in this case, I still had several perk points left to earn after beating the game. It feels a bit weird to leave it unfinished, even if the progress isn't reflected anywhere besides your own screen.

This is so weird. There's nothing to the game after it's done. Nothing wrong with that, but it's strange to see people trying to squeeze 'end-game' content out of it.
