It's simple. These achievements will simply unlock as you progress through the story. If you complete the story (which takes 40 days), you will have all of these achievements.

These achievements can be obtained by simply playing the game and reaching a certain percentage of drug research (the percentages are displayed at the end of each night).


To get this achievement, you need to test the prisoners on each of the four units at least once during the night.


Unlock all upgrades with reputation points.


If you completed the previous achievement, these two will also open automatically. But if something goes wrong, you can hire Mouse and Oliver's assistant using your reputation points.


Give Percy (the guy who's tied to the wall in the secret room) three reagents. You can do this in one night by skipping a few dialogues in a row, and you'll be able to give the next reagent right away.


When you have a prisoner in your secret room, select the "release him" option.


Just press the gramophone 10 times in one playthrough. You can use it multiple times during the night — the melody is short, so you'll have time.


Give 20 IVs to prisoners in one session (not necessarily on the same day).


Do not kill any prisoners during the day.


Take 50 tablets in one session (not necessarily in one day).


Treat every prisoner who comes during the day.
