Things to add:
Avoid Duviri, Cetus, Necrolisk, Fortuna: the resources gained are useless until later.

Stay in endless missions with higher level players that want to stay. Even if your damage falls off and you're dying quite a bit; stay close to them, they really dont mind picking you up a bunch as long as they dont have to run 300m to do it. Its free stuff you'd have to farm later anyways.

Farm your syndicate rep. Hunt the medallions. At teh very least you can dump it into relic packs and vosfor.

Cycle out most frames and weapons the instant they hit rank 30. 85% of stuff isnt worth investing in. Keep stuff that you feel the most comfortable with. Watch for Gift of The Lotus Alerts and Invasions for Orokin Reactors and Catalysts. Blue and Gold potatoes go into your absolute favorite frames and weapons.

Make good use of recruit chat. If you need help, ask. High rank players are bored and at least one person will offer assistance. Dont waste time on the struggle bus.
