Fledgling Wings Removed From Loot Pools

This mod reverts the changes that placed the Fledgling Wings into pre-HM progression. It will no longer be found in Sky Island chests or crates, and can only* be obtained from a fresh Journey character.
(* although a configuration file allows you to revert the changes to the Azure Crate specifically since it's a HM crate)

The reason this mod exists is because I personally dislike wings just being available in pre-HM on principle. Also because I needed to learn how to make globals.
Ideally, I'd like to make a few more smaller, self-contained balance changes if only as an exercise in finishing projects, but I suppose time will tell.
