[LWOTC] Wayfarer Class

The Wayfarer is a mix of a sniper, a scout, and an EMP grenadier. The Wayfarer can equip vektor rifles as a primary weapon and has a holotargeter secondary weapon.

It's set up for LWOTC and has three main ability rows, as well as a 7-rank XCOM and a pistol row.

The Wayfarer starts with Squadsight, Holotarget, EMP Bomber, and Bombardier and has 3 main specializations:

• Marksman enhances the Wayfarer's potential as a sniper, but works best with a dedicated Holo spotter on the squad.
  
• Scout improves their ability to scout and spot targets.
  
• Engieer focuses on the EMP grenades, as well as the soldier's general ability to handle explosives.

• Long War of the Chosen is required, either the stable version or the beta one.
