Hey!

It looks like there are 10 hidden heads. You can activate them by shooting them with your rocky pal, when it is in the 'blue form'. I don't know what happens when you activate them all, I will update this guide with any new info.

I did two playthroughs, and found 7/10. Just wanted to make a quick guide to gather them all, since I don't feel like exploring the map more at this time.

Please let me know if you found any of the missing 3!
Hidden Heads
Not too far from the beginning, you will come to a closed door, that can be opened by going in the side areas and solving puzzles there:

1: In the left side puzzle area


2: In the right side puzzle area


In the castle/tower area:

3: When you go up the first elevator


4: After you break the second wooden wall with a ball


5: When you step out of the tower to go up the stairs


6: Close to the big crystal


7: Even closer to the big crystal

Happy to help! I think it’s still possible that those three heads are hidden somewhere. It would be interesting to know what happens if you activate them all, but I don’t really feel like replaying the whole game again. Hopefully someone will discover them eventually.

And I agree, the game was alright, figuring out the puzzles was pretty fun.

Many thanks for your guide - without it I would have missed two of the heads. After activating the second large crystal - and the game announces that it has reached the end of the prototype version - I had a look around both in the tower and at ground level, but I couldn't find any other heads. I'm guessing that these would have been encountered in the planned but undeveloped part of the game when the remaining two large crystals would have been found and activated. A nice game to play, but it's a shame that all of that creativity comes to an abrupt end.
