IC10Extender

This is a library for adding custom opcodes to IC10. It does (almost) nothing on its own but provides functionality to other mods.

The one thing it does do is add the error [int] opcode that forces an error at the current line, and if an int or register is supplied,
will set the housings Setting to the supplied value.
